Review only a provider you have personally used. Describe relevant workloads, account setup, support, reliability, limits, or production experience without sharing confidential information.
Provider review guidelines
ProviderBench reviews help readers evaluate real-world provider experience. These rules keep feedback useful, fair, and safe.
Be specific and current
Explain what worked or failed and when. Pricing, models, regions, and service quality change, so avoid presenting old experience as current fact.
No promotion or conflicts
Do not submit advertisements, affiliate links, coordinated ratings, or reviews written on behalf of a provider. Employees, contractors, investors, and competitors must not pose as independent customers.
Respect privacy and people
Do not include links, personal data, credentials, private correspondence, hate speech, threats, or unsupported allegations about individuals.
Verification and moderation
Every review requires email verification, but “Email verified” does not mean ProviderBench verified a purchase or every factual claim. Reviews publish immediately. Reports are assessed manually and never hide content automatically. ProviderBench may hide or remove content that violates these guidelines.
